Design and Construction
The cutter suction river dredger design meets the requirements and regulations of CCS, BV and ABS, which are belonging to IACS. The technology refers to Holland IHC, and river dredger can be custom made according to customers' requirements.
Steel plates use marine-grade material meeting CCS requirements, with all plates undergoing sand blasting process. The hydraulic system features pipes made by pipe bending machine to decrease welding points for system stability, with acid picking and phosphating treatment for cleanliness.
